How can I order?

You can place an order either online via our online shop or using the phone numbers and email address listed on our Contacts page.

Do I need to have a registration to order?

The registration is not necessary, however, it’s done quickly and it will be of great convenience for you if you are planning to order items frequently from the web site.

We need basic information in order to complete your order.

How do I pay for the order?

At the moment we are using the PayPal payment gateway service and thus all major credit/debit cards, as well as your PayPal account, are accepted. We do offer cash-on-delivery payment option for local orders, within Bulgaria.

Is there a minimum amount per order?

No. There is no minimum order, you can order as much as you want 🙂


How do you deliver?

At the moment local deliveries within the country of Bulgaria are handled by Ekont and Rapido. We ship internationally via the Bulgarian National Post services and EMS – express mail services worldwide.

What are the shipping costs?

For Bulgaria – local deliveries cost flat 4,99 levas per order or FREE for orders of 100,00 levas or more. International – prices vary depending on your location. Please, use the shipping rate calculator on cart check out.

What are your working hours and delivery terms?

The online store is open 24/7 🙂
All orders placed on a workday (Monday – Friday) by 16:00 o’clock GMT +2 will be shipped within 24 hours.

Orders placed during the weekend or on national holidays are to be shipped with priority on the very next workday.


Return and Replace

What if the size of the cloth ordered is not OK?

If the size is not right for your kid, we from guarantee an exchange for another size or another item at the same price. In case there is none from the desired size left in stock we’ll refund the full amount paid for the product.

What is the refund/exchange procedure?

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.

If you are not satisfied with the goods (you find them to be damaged or the size you’ve received is not the one stated on the web site) and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them and exchange or give a full refund.

At whose expense is the delivery service in case of return and/or replacement?

The delivery service is at the expense of the customer, unless the return/replacement is due to fault.

How long does it take to refund the amount for the returned items?

We refund the money within 10 work days, after the returned item arrives.
